We fix the problem that's actually stopping you.
We start with the problem, not the tech stack — then build, measure and hand it over so your team can run it.
The market is changing faster than your enterprise can react.
The business has outgrown its own operating model.
More data, more decisions, and faster markets than the systems in place were built to handle.
Old structures can't keep pace.
Siloed teams, manual workflows, and critical knowledge that lives in a handful of people's heads.
The gap shows up in the numbers.
Slower execution, missed opportunities, and outcomes that depend on who's in the room.
Notes from building software in production.
The same four stages, on every project.
What You Get, End to End
We build and run software, and we own it end to end — architecture and planning, building the system, securing it against the standards an auditor will ask about, and handing it to the team that runs it afterwards.

Questions we get asked.
The questions we get asked on the first call, with the answers we give on it.
Ask us yours1.What does Covaratech actually do?
We build and run software, and we own it end to end. That spans four things: architecture and planning, building the system, securing it against the standards a customer or auditor will ask about, and handing it to the team that runs it afterwards. We do all four rather than stopping at a recommendation.
2.What services do you offer?
Five practices: AI engineering, Enterprise AI, cloud and platform, security and compliance, and planning and delivery. Most engagements draw on more than one — a cloud migration usually carries security and compliance work, and an AI feature usually needs the data foundations underneath it.
3.How much does an engagement cost?
Cost is scoped after the free consultation, not before it, because the honest number depends on what already exists in your environment. What we will commit to up front is the shape: a fixed scope for the first phase, agreed in writing, with any change to it agreed in writing too. There is no charge for the consultation and no obligation after it.
4.How quickly can you start, and when do we see something working?
A working prototype in week one. The first conversation is a 30-minute call with an engineer who tells you plainly whether we are a fit; if we are, week one produces a thin end-to-end version running on your real data, so the next decision is about observed behaviour rather than a proposal.
5.Do you work with our existing team, systems and cloud provider?
Yes — we inherit existing environments as often as we build new ones. Engineers embed with your team and ship into your environment, across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and on-premise, and integrate with the ERP, CRM and legacy systems that hold the data rather than replacing them.
6.What happens when the engagement ends?
You keep everything and you are not locked in. Documentation and knowledge transfer are contract terms rather than favours, infrastructure is handed over as a repository your team owns outright, and handover terms are agreed at the start of the engagement instead of negotiated at the end. We will keep running the system if you would rather we did.
7.Where is Covaratech based?
Covaratech is remote-only and has been since the first day, working across the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. Client hours overlap your team's time zone, and each engagement gets a named lead, direct access to the engineers writing the code, and a weekly written update whether or not there is news.
Covaratech keeps your enterprise moving at the market's pace.
We find where AI and automation return the most speed and output, then build and hand over the tooling that gets you there.
